Refund policy

At Toy Venture, we care about your satisfaction and want every purchase to be a happy experience. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to assist you with returns, exchanges, and refund options as smoothly as possible.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and kept in its original packaging.
  

• A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  

• A valid order number or invoice is required for verification.
  

Please note: Products that are opened, used, altered, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, some items cannot be returned:

• Baby rattles and teething toys
  

• Opened or used baby care products
  

• Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales
  

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange:

1. Contact us at toy.venture28@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order details.
   

2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
   

3. Send the product back to the address provided.
   

4. Once the item is inspected and approved, we will proceed with a refund or exchange as requested.
   
   

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  

• Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or as store credit  based on your preference.
  

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  
  

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

If you received the wrong or faulty product:

• Contact us within 48 hours
  

• Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
  

• We will arrange a replacement or exchange promptly
  

 

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, as long as the parcel has not been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
