Please note: Delivery timelines may be affected due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier operational delays.
3. Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery Fee: PKR 250 (flat countrywide)

Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 3,000

All charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment confirmation.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for an easy and convenient shopping experience.
Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.
5. Order Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
This number can be used to check your delivery status on our courier partner’s tracking page.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
In case your order is delayed or appears lost in transit:

7. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
